Reservation Information:
- Advance deposits applied to last day of reservation.
- Personal checks for advance deposits must be received 30
days prior to arrival date.
- Reservations made with arrival date less than 1 week away must be secured by a credit card.
- Canadian reservations must be guaranteed in U.S. funds.
- $25.00 service charge per room
on cancelled reservations.
- Advance deposits for reservations not cancelled ten or more days prior to arrival date are subject to full forfeiture.
- Manager must approve all
changes in reservations.
- Advance deposits are not transferable.
- No Pets Allowed.

Check-in Information:
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Dressing room available for early arrivals.
- Check-out time is 11:00a.m.
- We do not honor personal checks upon check-in.
- Payments other than advance deposits must be made in cash, U.S. traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
- Balance for reservation is due upon arrival.
- Only one parking space per room.

Additional Rate Information:
- Add $ 10.00 per day for each additional person.
- All discounts must be requested at time of rservation and check-in.
- No refund for early check-out.
- All rates subject to current state sales and accomo dations taxes.
- All rates subject to change without notice.

- Senior Citizen Monthly Rates available October through March

Disclaimer:
Rates subject to availability. Weekend rates will be higher. Must be 21 years old to make reservation. Unchaperoned singles under the age of 21 will be refused admittance to the property and will forfeit any advance payments. Management reserves the right to require a security deposit at any time. An advance deposit of one night's rent is required to guarantee all reservations. In the event of a cancellation, your advance deposit is refunded less a $25.00 service charge, provided a notice of 10 days or longer is given.
